1. Clean your device:
Wipe your phone with a lint-free cloth, a soft damp tissue, or disinfectant wipes to avoid scratches. Avoid using harsh materials and cleaning products like household cleaning products and compressed air.
2. Change your 3D Touch sensitivity (If the feature is available on your device):
Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > 3D & Haptic Touch and turn on the feature. You can use the slider to choose your preferred sensitivity level or select the duration speed and click the image to try your new setting.
3. Close all your applications:

My eSIM is not working
Having trouble with your eSIM? Don't worry, we've got you covered with a list of steps to troubleshoot and solve the problem.
1. Check Your eSIM Plan
Make sure your plan is set up and ready to use. Your phone must be unlocked, and both mobile data plans should have the same network provider. Also, make sure that your network provider supports Dual SIM with eSIM. If you can't find your eSIM plan, go to Settings > Mobile Data or Settings > Cellular. Follow Apple's guide to set up your eSIM if needed. Check that your network providers show up on the status bar in Control Center.
2. Reset Your Network
If you're having connectivity issues, try turning your mobile data off and on again. Make sure you're in an area with mobile network coverage and enable data roaming if you're abroad. You can also reset your network settings by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
3. Update Your Software
Make sure your device's software is up to date. Back up your device and connect to Wi-Fi. For iOS devices, go to Settings > General > Software Update.
For Android devices, go to Settings > System > System Update.
4. Restore Your Device to Factory Settings
If all else fails, try restoring your device to its factory settings. Connect your device to a computer with the Finder app (if you have macOS Catalina or later) or iTunes app (if you have macOS Mojave or earlier) and follow the instructions to restore your device. Make sure to sign out of Find My first if you're still logged in.
No network on my device
If you're experiencing issues with your device's network connectivity, don't worry! We've compiled a list of helpful tips and tricks that can help you troubleshoot the problem.
1. Check for SIM card issues:
- Make sure your wireless network provider plan is active.
- Restart your device (iPhone, iPad, or Samsung phone).
- Check for any network provider settings update by going to Settings > General > About. If an update is available, select "OK" or "Update."
- Remove your SIM card from the SIM card tray and then reinsert it, being careful to close it. If you're using a SIM tray from a different device, that could be the issue.
- Try another SIM card. If you don't have one handy, go to your provider's store to test one — you may just need to replace your SIM card.
2. Reset your network:
- Check your coverage to ensure you're located in an area with the mobile network coverage.
- Try turning your mobile data off and then on again by going to Settings > Cellular or Mobile Data (Settings > Mobile Data for iPad users).
- If you're abroad, make sure you have data roaming enabled by going to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Data Roaming.
- Reset your network by going to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Keep in mind that this will also reset any saved Wi-Fi networks and passwords, data settings, and the VPN and APN.
3. Update your device to the latest software version:
- Back up your device with iCloud or on your computer.
- Plug your device into a power source and connect to Wi-Fi.
-
iOS devices:
- Go to Settings > General > Software Update and pick the update you want to install.
-
Android devices:
- Go to Settings > System > System update.
4. Restore your device to factory settings:
iOS devices:
- Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > "Erase All Content and Settings" and follow the prompts. Or, connect your device to your Mac or PC and use Finder or iTunes to restore your phone.
Android devices:
- Go to Settings > Google > Backup to back up your data first. Then, go to Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Erase all data (factory reset) > Reset phone. Enter your security credentials if prompted and follow the instructions to reset your device.
